Factory Pipe Tune Up ($50)
- Check bowl for mis-drilling. If airway too high correct with pipe mortar
- Check stummel airway and ensure that it is drilled to 5/32 inch (~ 4mm)
- Check stem tenon and funnel if needed
- Check airway drilling and if possible taper drill end airway at 5/32”
- Check and funnel the button end of the airway
- Polish funnel and airway
Light Clean ($30)
- Reaming tobacco chamber
- Cleaning airways
- Polish stem and stummel:
- (white diamond & carnuba wax)
Deep Clean ($40)
All of the light clean services plus:
- Ream airway
- Remove rim buildup
- Salt treatment and triple retort
Note: tooth chatter removal (if possible) or heavily oxidized or stained stems – add $10
All pipes will be examine on arrival and a formal quote will be shared with the customer before work commences
